Culinary Arts Certificate and Culinary Management Diploma
Culinary Arts Certificate: 50 Weeks in length (with a 10 week co-op)
Culinary Management Diploma: 2 years in length - 12 months Practical Culinary training (with a 10 week co-op), 8 months Business Administration, and 2 CS Wine courses. 

Domestic Students: the below intake dates are the same for the Culinary Arts Certificate program and Culinary Management Diploma program. The end date of the Diploma program will differ if the BUAD courses are completed before or after the CA program. 

International Students:

NOTE: Class start & end times vary between 8:00 am – 9:30 pm depending on the kitchens class requirements.
