Steps for a smooth transition into OC

Access your online tools

myOkanagan is the main portal to access web-based information like student records, course schedule and email. Check your account summary (student records > account) and course schedule (student records > registration) and confirm your class locations if you are in an on campus class. You will also find student email in your myOkanagan account.

Moodle is the College’s online learning platform providing access to online course materials and more.

Need info on logging in to these tools? View the Learning tools and resources section in the Student handbook.

Coming to campus - what you need to know

Before coming on campus for the first time, all students should read OC's Communicable Disease Plan. Be sure to check out the COVID-19 page regularly for updates. You'll also find a handy FAQs section with answers to many of your questions.

Important dates

Be sure to refer to the important dates schedule to confirm when your classes begin and other important dates such as drop deadlines.
