Facility Rentals

Okanagan College is an ideal venue for trade shows, conferences, workshops, meetings, seminars - even weddings! We offer an array of venues for rent, on all of four our campuses, for a wide range of audiences at competitive prices. Please review the information below which may help answer any questions you might have and then please proceed to Book Your Space Online.

Rentals during COVID-19

The Provincial Health Officer (PHO), supported by WorkSafe BC, has disallowed gatherings of 50 people or more. Okanagan College is currently restricting facility booking requests to limited outdoor spaces and only upon approval by the Regional Dean’s Office. All booking requests require submission of an approved (by the organization’s board of directors) safety plan that aligns with WorkSafe BC guidelines for review.

    Technical:

    • All indoor facilities have access to WI-FI –request a Guest Account when booking your event.
    • If using a MAC computer, an adapter is required in order to change to VGA.
    • No video conferencing equipment is available.
