Transcript Requests
Please note, transcripts will be mailed out through Canada Post. We do not email official transcripts.
Okanagan College transcript requests
For students who attended after September 2005.
OC transcripts – order online.
Please complete this form. Login using your OC student email address (typically firstname.lastname@myokanagan.bc.ca) and password. You will need to enable multi-factor authentication.

Okanagan University College transcript requests
For students who attended before and up to August 2005.
Please complete this form to submit a request for OUC transcripts. Official transcripts will be sent to the address provided within 2-3 days.
As of Wednesday, Apr. 19, 2023, all official transcripts requested during the recent systems outage have been sent out to the address provided to us. If you have any questions, please contact registration@okanagan.bc.ca.
