Infusions Restaurant offers Culinary Arts students a space to learn, practice and excel. All meals are hand-crafted by students who are passionate about food. Under the supervision and guidance of Red Seal Chef Instructors, and Executive Chef, Ruth Wigman, students receive real-world training to prepare them for a career in the food and beverage industry.

Bring your own BC VQA wine and have it opened at your table for a corkage fee of $5.00 per bottle.
