New: Data Analytics and Reporting Requests

All data analytics and reporting requests can now be submitted as a Data Analytics and Reporting service request in TeamDynamix (TDX).

This change will help us efficiently manage and prioritize data analytics and reporting tasks, leading to faster turnaround times and improved service delivery. 

What is a data request?

A data request could be:

  • to generate a report to track or analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth;
  • to create dashboards or visualizations;
  • or to evaluate operational efficiency and identify areas for process improvement.
