Wi-Fi connection via ‘eduroam’ is now available to all students and employees when at an OC campus location.

How to connect to ‘eduroam’

1. Go to your device’s Wi-Fi settings and select the ‘eduroam’ network.
2. Enter Your OC Credentials:
   • Username:
     • Students:       FirstName.LastName@myokanagan.bc.ca
     • Staff:              FirstInitialLastname@okanagan.bc.ca
   • Password:  Your OC Password (the same you use to log into Moodle, myOkanagan, etc.).
3. If asked to accept or trust a certificate, please do so to ensure a secure connection.
4. Android users: follow the generic network settings and Android instructions.
5. You’re connected! When visiting another institution, simply connect to ‘eduroam’ using the same credentials.

Troubleshooting tips:

• Make sure your device’s operating system is up to date.
• ‘Forget’ other OC networks you may have connected to previously to avoid conflicts.
