Over the last two years, IT Services has worked closely with various departments across the college to digitize over 35 forms that previously existed through pen and paper. In an increasingly digital world, Okanagan College is committed to continuously take the steps to digitize new and current processes and forms to improves efficiency and security, all while eliminating printing and manual processing costs.

The IT Services Project Team recently developed a process and forms digitization webpage to provide users with updates and resources on process and forms digitization projects within the College, for both internal and external individuals.   

The new process and forms digitization webpage includes:

• Steps on how to digitize a new or current process or form
• Updates on current processes and forms digitization projects at OC
• Resources to best support internal and external end users
