The Okanagan College Employee Excellence Awards program recognizes significant contributions of employees developed in consultation with the College’s employee groups. It complements the existing Distinguished Service Award and the Employee Long Service Recognition program.

Attend the celebration event

The celebration of the 12th Annual Employee Excellence Award will take place on Friday, November 24 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Kelowna campus in the Centre for Learning in the Atrium.  All employees are invited to attend. 

Share your milestones

Employees are encouraged to submit Milestones (credentials, published work and other awards) that they have achieved over the past year.  Milestones submitted will be recognized at the November 24th event.  The Milestone Recognition Form can be found on the People Services website and the deadline for submission is Friday, November 2.
