There are a lot of options when it comes to ordering COVID supplies, and there are differences between PPE, sanitization, decals, posters or barrier inventory items.

Typically, within one business day from the time of order or the next available truck run, unless otherwise requested. We will do our best to accommodate short notice requests, but we encourage requesters to plan ahead to allow sufficient time for deliveries or delays.

Orders are tracked through a general contingency fund (16099), account (7802) and activity code (F0311).  Departments are still required to provide their own “Org” and “Program” code.  Ex. 16099-######-7802-#####-F0311

Enter the request in the “Comments” field at the bottom of the webform. Someone from Procurement will contact you if additional clarification is required.

Central Stores will notify requesters of backorders by e-mail.  Estimated delivery dates will be provided to the best of our ability.

No. Your order will be filled as much as possible and backorder items will be sent when they arrived.

Your request will be forwarded to the Facilities Maintenance team to complete. You may be contacted by Rob St. Onge if any further consultation is required.

Based on information from the supplier, Saber 16:1 RTU disinfectant can be stored in a sealed container for 3-4 weeks. Because the product loses efficacy after 3 weeks, please return unused, aged product to Central Stores.
