This workshop is at the emerging level of instruction as identified by OC's Learning and Applied Research department.

Do you want to investigate ways of assessing students beyond high stakes multiple choice exams? This may include:

  • Developing questions for Open-book exams
  • Creating discussion forums (Turnitin applied)
  • Use of ongoing student learning reflections
  • ePortfolios, and more

 

Learning outcomes

Outcomes will evolve as participants bring forward their questions and concerns. This session is completely interactive and will evolve based on participant requirements.
