OC Events

This informal session is an opportunity for anyone creating instructional media for OC courses to share techniques and tools. This could include recording and editing video or audio to post in a Moodle course, doing a live demonstration within Collaborate or Zoom, or principles of lighting and composition. We’ll try to get very specific about equipment and cables and software. Bring your questions.

This workshop will be presented on the following dates:
Wednesday, Aug 19 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
Friday. Aug 21 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Thursday, Aug 27 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Learning Outcomes:

• Discuss types of and strategies for creating instructional media
• Identify particular tools and techniques to address learning needs
