Join Louise for these classes that will leave you felling energized and invigorated and ready for the rest of the day. A limited number of yoga mats are available at PC 146 for your use. Classes are free of charge and you may drop in to as many as you like but you must have a valid fitness membership to do so. Classes will be in PC 145 - Penticton Gymnasium
