Entry Level Exercise
If you're wanting to get started with a gym workout routine but don't quite know where to begin, this class is for you. We'll show you how to use the equipment and give you some basic exercises to get you started. The classes are free but you must register in advance at PC 146 and you must hold a valid fitness center membership. Classes will run Tuesdays and Wednesdays Jan 17, 18, 24, 25. Come to one or all of these classes.
