Starting August 2023, course materials will be available to purchase online only through OC's Campus Store.
The Kelowna Campus Store has undergone renovations this summer to create an online order processing centre, which is now the the centralized distribution centre for all course materials moving forward for Penticton, Vernon, Salmon Arm and Kelowna.
The storefront at each Campus Store will remain open as a retail space for OC branded merchandise and giftware, and course materials be available to order online only.
Course materials, once ordered online, can be picked up in-store at any of our four Campus Stores locations.
How to order course materials online
- Browse course materials online through the Campus Stores website or by using an ordering station available in-person at each store.
- Select your course materials.
- Choose pick-up or delivery option: free pick-up is available at any of the four Campus Store locations in Kelowna, Penticton, Vernon, and Salmon Arm. Delivery to a mailing address of your choice may include an additional shipping fee.
- You will receive an e-mail notification when your order is ready for in-store pickup (up to 5 business days).
Picking up your online order
While we strive to process online orders within 1 to 2 business days, orders may take up to 5 business days for processing and delivery to campuses during peak periods. For in-store pickup, you will be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup on campus.
During peak periods (e.g., the first two to three weeks of September), we will ensure there are multiple deliveries to each campus every week. In non-peak periods, materials will be delivered to each campus on a weekly basis.
