OKANAGAN COLLEGE KELOWNA FITNESS FACILITY

The Fitness Facility offers a bright and upbeat atmosphere and an excellent assortment of cardio and resistance training equipment. Cardio users will enjoy the opportunity to look outside while they work-out. Beginners to intermediate weight room users will find
that the fitness facility will more than adequately fulfill their exercise needs.

Fitness Access Card



Fitness Access Cards are available for purchase at a cost of $10 online at
www.okanagan.bc.ca/kelownastudentlife or you can visit the Registrar's office. All students already have an account, so click on 'forgot password' and use your preferred email that you and the College communicate through.  Please allow 2 business days, then come to the Athletics & Rec office A105 to pickup your access card. All fitness facility members are required to fill out a yearly PAR-Q and a Release and Waiver of Liability Membership Form. Students under 19 yrs can purchase cards from the Registrar's Office in the Student Service Building and will require parental or guardian signatures.  Access Cards are activated for the semester and will be automatically reactivated for returning students once your fees are paid.

Personal Training Sessions: Need some motivation to get yourself on an exercise program? Consider a few sessions with our personal trainer. $25/session for students and $75/session for staff. Stop by the office A105 or email Heather hcarson@okanagan.bc.ca



   
Fitness Classes

Fitness Classes September until end of April: In partnership with Global Fitness and the Ekahi Centre for Yoga & Mindfulness, Okanagan College is pleased to provide group fitness classes for students at these outstanding facilities. 

We also offer free swimming passes to Parkinson Recreation Centre. Please visit the Rec office with your student card for more info on how you can access these classes.
