Aerospace students work closely with instructors in the hangar

Local, national, and global employment opportunities are soaring for certified Aircraft Maintenance professionals. Okanagan College offers two different aircraft maintenance programs to help graduates prepare for immediate entry into the field of aviation.

Different name, same training

The Aircraft Maintenance Engineer M-license programs has been renamed Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT). Improvements have been made to the learning structure of the program to create better opportunities for students.

Plane donation

Tom Foord’s plane was donated to Okanagan College's Aircraft Maintenance Engineer program, in honour of his lifelong passion for flying and deep love of his community.

Aircraft Maintenance Open House hosted by KF Aerospace and Okanagan College

Join us for the virtual Aircraft Maintenance Open House hosted by KF Aerospace and Okanagan College to learn more about aircraft maintenance training and career paths in the aerospace industry. KF Aerospace Technicians will share about what it’s like to work in the industry, some of the daily tasks associated with their jobs and the skills required to be successful in this field.

Registered attendees will be eligible for an application waiver so they can apply to the program for FREE!
