OC students create exhibition to help navigate their way through the pandemic

Despite having only met virtually, students in professor Amy Modahl’s Communications 200 course have united through artistic expression, sharing their different lived experiences to create an art exhibition, Navigations, which is currently on display in the Alternator Centre member’s gallery. OC students benefit from Kelowna doctor referral

A recent partnership with a Kelowna-based medical clinic will support OC students who do not have access to a family doctor. Read more on the Student Health and Wellness page.

Okanagan College can connect you to a family doctor located in Kelowna.  If you are a current Okanagan College student without access to a family doctor and require consistent primary care, complete the form to get a doctor referral.  Students that meet the requirements will have access to a family doctor for the duration of their studies at Okanagan College.

Kelowna campus parking lot partial closure

Kelowna campus – As a continuation of the H Building demolition, a planned closure will see Parking Lot 14 at the Kelowna campus partially closed starting next week. It is anticipated the lot will be partially closed until mid-August. View this campus map to see where the closure is located.

Long connection inspires major gift by Friesen family

A decades-long connection to Okanagan College and a desire to give back to community is inspiring a $150,000 donation by the Friesen family to the Okanagan College Foundation. The family gift will support the Our Students, Your Health campaign to complete and equip the College’s new Health Sciences Centre on the Kelowna campus.
