The OC flag at the Penticton campus will remain lowered in memory of Sheryl Ellen Hopkins, a former OC Continuing Studies instructor who passed away recently.
Sheryl taught Spanish at Okanagan University College (OUC) from 1991-96, based out of the Oliver Centre.
“On behalf of everyone in Continuing Studies and Corporate Training at OC, we were very sorry to hear about Sheryl’s passing. Our thoughts go out to her family, former students and colleagues,” said Jennifer Gorman, Associate Director of Continuing Studies and Corporate Training.
