Attention all foodies: Dine Around Thompson Okanagan has returned for another year of cuisine celebration and Okanagan College’s restaurant, Infusions, is offering a delicious three-course menu guaranteed to please your taste buds.

Dine Around Thompson Okanagan promises participants will sip, savour and save their way through more than 50 restaurants across the region. The event runs from Feb. 5 to March 7 and participating restaurants offer multi-course dinners priced at $15, $25, $35, $45 or $55.

Diners can take advantage of Infusions’ menu for $35, which is available for take-away or delivery with an additional fee through a third-party service – Tutti Kelowna. Their menu is locally inspired and presents seasonal hearty flavours. Starting on Feb. 9, take-away orders are available for pickup from Tues – Fri between 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Appetizers include a choice of three sisters winter squash soup, roasted beet and prosciutto salad and zucchini fritters. Main course features include braised bison short ribs, Canadian wild rice and kasha bowl (GF available), baked BC salmon ‘en papillote” and chorizo pork mushroom roulade with OC honey apple relish. Dessert offers a choice of a raspberry OC chocolate truffle tart or OC honey lavender cheesecake.
