Culinary Arts students cook up Thanksgiving dinners

What does it take to make 30 Thanksgiving meals with all the trimmings for families to enjoy over the holidays? 120 lbs of potatoes, 42L of gravy, 10L of cranberry sauce, 200 lbs of veggies and 200 lbs of turkey, to be exact.
