All OC employees and faculty are invited to a series of organized photoshoots at each campus from Oct. 19-22. Please review the times and locations below where the headshots will take place. The style will be drop-in and as such there is no need to reserve a time slot, simply show up when you have availability in your schedule.

All shoots are planned to be outdoors but work is underway to identify a secure indoor location at each campus should the weather not cooperate for an outdoor shoot. Signs will be posted to indicate which indoor space will be utilized if the weather is not conducive the day of.

How do I access photos afterwards?

Your department’s web editor has been given instructions and will upload your headshot to your department page on the Okanagan College website. If you’d like to download your headshot, they will available on the Okanagan College’s Flickr channel in the employee headshots album. Please allow until end of day on Friday, Oct. 29 for photos to be uploaded.
