IT Services manages a collection of equipment available for short-term loan. Equipment can be reserved easily online, and arranged for pick-up at your home campus.
Important notes about equipment loans:
- Pickup and delivery of audio visual equipment is the responsibility of the borrower.
- The borrower is responsible for equipment to be returned on time. If additional time is required, equipment must first be returned and if available can be extended.
- The borrower is financially responsible for the condition of the equipment and will be charged for the replacement cost of damaged or lost equipment.
Go the Library exterior entrance closest to Campus West Road. There is a side entrance marked "IT Services." Ring the door bell for service during business hours, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Yes. When booking the item, add an admin note that you would like to have shipped to one of our campuses. IT Services will prepare the item and send it up using the Central Store’s delivery schedule.
Learning and Teaching and Education Technology are great resources to help incorporate technology into the learning environment. They will help to identify what types of tools and which pieces of equipment would work best.
No problem. Submit a service request and ask for an item to be added to the IT Loaner Pool. We will take a look at the request and be in touch.
