With the support of my wonderful family, I graduated from Okanagan College University in 2005. Shortly after graduation, I worked at Shuswap Lake General Hospital on the medical/surgical unit. I developed an interest in teaching nursing and, by 2008, accepted a position at Okanagan College. I have had the privilege of teaching both the Human Service Worker program and the Health Care Assistant program. Teaching is my passion and I teach to make a difference in the lives of students and the seniors we serve.
