Graduation

How Graduation Works for Continuing Studies

The Graduation Office in the Office of the Registrar is responsible for graduating all students in Continuing Studies certificate programs.

Record Review

The Continuing Studies offices are responsible for sending a list of graduands to the Graduation Office in the Office of the Registrar for processing except for the Bookkeeping Certificate. The Graduating Student Coordinator will review your student record to ensure you have met program requirements according to the calendar. You will then receive a letter of completion in your email. The timeline for processing will vary depending on a variety of factors. Every effort is made to ensure the timeliness of delivery of certificates to students. To get your certificate, you need to apply to graduate and provide your most updated mailing address.
