Flourish Wellness Wednesday online workshops starting this week

The first Flourish Wellness Wednesday online workshop of the semester is happening this Wednesday, September 23 and is open to all students and employees.

The Flourish Wellness Project is offering Wellness Wednesday online workshops once a month this Fall semester, with a special focus on strategies to help you cope during COVID-19. Sarah Lefebure, Counsellor on the Penticton campus and Samantha Johnson, Counsellor on the Salmon Arm campus, will lead the 1-hour drop-in online workshops. 

Our first Wellness Wednesday workshop is Wed, Sept 23 from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. on the topic of building wellness into your semester. We will discuss the wellness wheel, the difference between flourishing and languishing, and the idea of committing to 5 non-negotiables for wellness.
