Learning and Applied Research is pleased to offer Planting the Seeds as a two-day workshop for the upcoming fall term: Mon, Aug 29th and Tue, Aug 30.
Planting the Seeds is a professional development workshop designed to support both new and returning faculty and instructors at Okanagan College. Participants will be introduced to teaching and learning techniques that support their curriculum content, student learning outcomes, and student success. Participants will also have the opportunity to engage in new ways of incorporating interactive, experiential learning into their teaching strategies, and learn how to set up their Moodle course pages.
The workshop runs from 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. each day at the Kelowna campus, and staff, faculty, and instructors from all campuses are invited to attend. Participants should register online at okanagan.bc.ca/pots.
