Join Athletics & Recreation for Workout Wednesdays during the 6 weeks of Summer Session I! Visit our Facebook and Instagram accounts to access the weekly workout.

Each Wednesday we will feature a new workout to kick up your fitness routine. Learn different types of exercise combinations, muscle groups and more.
