Storytelling and beading with Anona Kampe

On Wednesday, March 17 from 10 - 11:30 a.m., join Penticton Aboriginal Services and Anona Kampe via Zoom to hear the Captikwl (chap-teek) Okanagan story of, How spider got it's long legs. During this virtual storytelling, Anona will also be walking us through the making of beaded spiders.

To register, please email your name and OC student # (300------) to Marcy Trotter, Penticton Aboriginal Transitions Planner at mtrotter@okanagan.bc.ca. Once you have registered, you will be given a Zoom link as well as details on when and where you can pick up your beading kit to make your own spider. Deadline to register is Thursday, March 11.

Please note that due to limited quantities, the beading kits will only be available for the first 20 Penticton-area OC students to register.
