Bell Let's Talk: There are five ways to help end the stigma around mental illness

Bell Let's Talk Day

When it comes to mental health, now more than ever, every action counts. Bell Let's Talk Day is Jan. 26, and Bell has committed to contributing 5¢ for every applicable text, call, tweet or TikTok video using #BellLetsTalk to support mental health initiatives. Find out how you can be part of the conversation.

Join us

We invite you to join us at the Kelowna campus in the E Building Atrium from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. to share a cup of tea or coffee, discover resources and start a conversation.

Bell Let’s Talk promotes mental health awareness, acceptance and action. This year, Canadians are encouraged to keep talking, and keep listening.
