Today is Bell Let’s Talk Day! When it comes to mental health, now more than ever, every action counts. Today, Bell will donate more towards mental health initiatives in Canada by contributing 5¢ for every applicable text, call, tweet or TikTok video using #BellLetsTalk, social media video view and use of the Bell Let’s Talk Facebook frame or Snapchat filter. Watch the official Bell Let’s Talk Day video and share it.


We’ve got great prizes for you!  Participate in any or all of our interactive events for your chance to win a year’s subscription to Calm app, an OC cookbook or one of our big grocery store gift cards. Use both hashtags #BellLetsTalk and #ockelownaathleticsandrec to qualify!
