Join us for GROW@OC...

It’s an online drop-in group for all registered OC students to connect and learn strategies to be an effective student and a healthier human, hosted by Counselling Services. We’ll learn and practice tools that build resilience and help you to become a more proactive student through wide awake learning.

What you need to know

Every other Thursday

• From 3 - 4 p.m. we’ll hold an interactive webinar
• 4 - 4:30 p.m. is an optional time for students to stay and connect, discuss and ask any questions

Offered online using Collaborate or Zoom

Workshops are free – you will have to register to attend.  Registration closes 48 hours before the workshop. Attend as many or as a few as you'd like.

Workshop description - Ready, set, GROW!

Join our OC Counselling Services team for an introduction to GROW@OC. During this session, you will have a chance to learn our top tips for a successful semester, hear what our counsellors are personally finding helpful during these COVID times, and share with other students about what has been helpful for you. In each session, we will encourage student participation using chat and white board activities – and you can choose how much or if you share with the group.
