IT has been working with multiple stakeholder groups to digitize a few new and existing forms/processes, all with the goal to improve the overall “customer” experience by decreasing turnaround time and improving efficiencies. 

IT will be holding a few more “Ask Us Anything” sessions in case you have questions about a new form/process or simply want a refresher on the Digital Transformation Initiative.
