Continuing Studies

This is a seven-part series consisting of one-day workshops focused on specific leadership skills required in today’s multi-faceted workplace. This series enables participants to discover their style of leadership and develop new leadership skills and features time spent learning about teams, engagement, communication, conflict resolution and goal setting. Whether they are new to leadership, or are a seasoned veteran, they will gain valuable personal insights and tangible strategies to apply immediately in their workplace. The series workshops can be taken together or independently.
