Receive your first introduction.
Every four weeks you'll receive a new introduction that matches your profile and goals. Follow the steps in the introduction email to get the conversation started and to schedule a time to chat. We'll even provide you with suggested talking points.
Meet for coffee, virtually.
You can simply use the chat function to communicate with your match or hop on a call or video call. Ask questions, share your experience and give advice.

Pause your introductions to make it work within your schedule.
Join over 200 alumni and students on OC Connects. Each month you'll be matched with someone whose profiles matches yours. Ask them about their career path and how they got to where they are, or give them advice on your journey.
Okanagan College and the Okanagan College Alumni Association partnered with Ten Thousand Coffees and RBC Future Launch, a professional development platform to create OC Connects, an online mentoring and networking platform that's being used by post secondary institutions across the country.
