Personal, emotional and academic problems can be a normal part of student life. Okanagan College Counselling Services provides professionally-trained counsellors and other resources to assist students in coping with problem areas that may interfere with maximizing academic and social potential.

Okanagan College is happy to support the optimal health and wellness of students and the campus community by providing information on services and resources available in the Okanagan Region. The Okanagan is home to easily accessible and client-centred state-of-the-art medical facilities and a range of community services. 



  Ymind at OC Kelowna!

Experiencing anxiety?  Want tools to cope?  Want a free YMCA membership?  Want a free meal? YMind is a 7-week group for youth aged 18-30 that helps youth learn how to deal with anxiety and stress.
Winter dates: Feb 7-Mar 28 Thursdays 3:00-5:30pm.  
Mandatory Info session: Thurs Jan 24 or Thurs Jan 31st - 3:00-5:30pm.

Flourish is a Wellness Project on Penticton campus. It is a drop-in safe space, free of charge to all OC Students, where they explore various themes related to stress management and mental wellness. We offer Wellness Wednesday workshops and Flourish with Yoga classes Thursdays. Click the image for more details.
