Transcript Requests

Transcript orders are being processed even though the Registrar’s Office’s physical location is closed due to COVID-19 measures in place at Okanagan College. We aim to process transcripts weekly and will email AND mail them to receiving institutions. There will be no in person pick up or courier service of transcripts until further notice.

The Registrar’s Office staff is working remotely and is available to help you. Please contact us through www.okanagan.bc.ca/becomeastudent.

Okanagan College Transcript Requests

For students who attended after September 2005.

OC transcripts – order and pay online.

Please go to myOkanagan.bc.ca. Login using your nine-digit student identification number and the password you have set. Choose the Student tab and navigate to Online Services. Within this channel you will find a link to Order Official Transcript. 

Transcript Fee:
  • Okanagan College transcript: $10 per transcript.

If you are having problems logging into your account or your password has expired, you will need to contact IT Services to reset your password. You can do so by clicking on "Forgot your Password?" on the myOkanagan login page.

Okanagan University College Transcript Requests 
For students who attended before and up to August 2005.

OUC transcripts – please do not send payment information by email.  If you cannot fax or mail your request, complete the form (excluding payment information) and include a telephone number we can reach you the next Wednesday between 8 and 10 am.

You will need to fill in this form and submit it by fax or mail.

Transcript Fee:
  • Okanagan University College transcript: $20 for the first copy and $10 for any additional copies requested in the same order.
