 Important Payment Information
 
Payment can be made using cash, debit card, credit card, cheque, money order, online banking, Canada Apprentice Loan, or by sponsor/employer. Payment will be accepted at any Okanagan College campus. If paying at a campus location, please bring this paperwork with you or be able to produce it on your phone. 
  • Canada Apprentice Loan: A confirmation of application to Canada Apprentice Loan will need to be emailed to apprenticeship@okanagan.bc.ca. Once confirmation of application has been received, a deposit of only $200 will be required in order to secure your seat. This deposit will be applied to the full tuition amount. Both the confirmation of attendance and $200 deposit will be required before the deposit deadline. Payment of the tuition in full will be required before the start of your intake.
  • Cash: Payment must be made at the Registrar’s or Administrative office at any Okanagan College campus. Cash payments will not be accepted at the Trades and Apprenticeship office. 
  • Cheque/Money Order: Please make payable to Okanagan College and if mailing, please address envelope to the Trades and Apprenticeship office. Payment by NSF cheque may result in immediate cancellation of admission.
  • Credit Card: Payment by credit card can be made over the phone by contacting 1-800-621-3038 or in-person at any Okanagan College campus. Accepted credit cards include VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. For security reasons, do not email or fax in your credit card information. 
  • Debit Card: Payment by debit card must be made in person at any Okanagan College campus. VISA debit cards cannot be processed over the phone. 
  •  Online Banking: Payment must be made online through your bank’s website. Please use Okanagan College as the payee and your Student Number, 300267426, as your account number. An e-transfer will not be accepted. Please note that it can take 3-5 business days before your payment is applied to your account. 
  • RESP: If you are planning to use funds from an RESP to pay for your tuition, a deposit of only $200 will be required in order to secure your seat. This deposit will be applied to the full tuition amount. The $200 deposit will be required before the deposit deadline. A Confirmation of Enrolment letter cannot be generated without payment of the $200 deposit. Payment of the tuition in full will be required before the start of your intake. 
  • Sponsor/Employer: Please have your sponsor/employer send a signed letter, on company letterhead, containing your name, student number, course name, course level, course start and end dates, deposit amount, and textbook amount (if covering) by email to apprenticeship@okanagan.bc.ca or by fax to 250-862-5469. Sponsorship must be from a third party, not a relative. Information will not be released to your sponsor/employer without an information release form signed by you on file. The sponsorship letter must be received prior to the deposit deadline otherwise you will be removed from the intake.
