What I love most about my campus is the smaller class sizes, my classmates and professors feel like a second family. The vibe on campus is super friendly, warm, and welcoming.
My passion to work with children definitely came from my mother. My mother was a teacher for her whole life and children were her biggest passion. She inspired my work beginning as a Certified Education Assistant. From there my passion grew even deeper and I knew I had to continue my education to support young children’s development.Jennifer Sharp I Early Childhood Education I Salmon Arm Métis Association member

I’ve always been passionate about working with children, it runs in my family. Children bring me such joy and I can’t wait to be in a career I am so passionate about, following in my mother’s footsteps. After I complete my diploma and begin working in my industry, I’d like to continue on to a degree in education and become an elementary school teacher.
