Okanagan College Half Marathon

2019 Race Update

The OC Half Marathon will remain on hiatus through 2019 as we work through sustainability issues with our race committee.

It takes a great deal of coordination to put a race of this size on. Over the past 15+ years Okanagan College has relied on an outstanding group of employee-volunteers who have dedicated a tremendous amount of time to ensure the event's success.

Since the first race in 2003, our not-for-profit event has raised thousands of dollars to support students through bursaries and as race director for the past seven years I have been very proud to be a part of it.

Our committee continues to seek out more volunteers who are interested in taking on an organizational role. We are hopeful the race will continue in 2020. Please revisit this page for updates.

Thank you again for your support and happy running!
