Benefits and Pension Documentation: To ensure that your benefit and pension enrollment is processed on a timely basis, it is imperative that you complete and return the following documents from your employee package as soon as possible. Computer Systems: Many positions at Okanagan College require access to various computer systems such as Banner, FAST, and My Okanagan. Speak with your department contact to determine whether or not you require access to these systems and, if so, whether access has been granted.

Keys / Proximity Cards: Speak with your department contact to ensure that you receive keys to your office/department and/or a proximity card (as applicable).
Parking Permit: If you drive to work, speak with your department contact to request a parking permit to park in designated staff parking areas.
Payroll Calendar/Timesheets: Review the Payroll Calendar found in the forms section of My Okanagan for information about payroll deadlines, OC pay dates, statutory holidays, and the December OC closure and, if applicable the procedure for completing/submitting timesheets.
Photo ID: Speak with your department contact regarding the procedure to obtain an OC Identification Card (OC ID).
Telephone and Voice Mail: Determine your telephone local and establish your voice mail message. Refer to the Telephone Manual specific to your phone model for instructions on how to initialize your voice-mail, change your password and retrieve voice-mail message. A PIN number is required to make long distance calls. Speak with department contact to determine if long distance access will be provided to you and, if so, to obtain your PIN.
