The 5 C's of Resilient Coping
As we’ve collectively witnessed, sometimes situations that we find ourselves in are very challenging and our ability to cope is often tested. These skills together can reinforce your ability to tackle challenges head-on.

Hiring Co-Op Students – Why It’s Good For Business

Internal Time Management
Most of us respond to rising demands in the workplace by putting in longer hours, which inevitably take a toll on us physically, mentally and emotionally. The problem is that we think we can manage time – but we can’t! We can however, manage ourselves. This session will challenge traditional ideas of time management and focuses on using your internal clock to optimize when you work so that you are both productive and energized.

Curated Educational Content

During this difficult time, many other institutions and groups are stepping up to provide incredible content to help out those in need.  Rather than duplicate their efforts, we're highlighting them. Below is free content we believe will be of value to you from external sources. It's truly a communal effort.
