Checklists 101
When RVing, it becomes more difficult to ensure that you are remembering everything that you need and need to do. This session will help with finding good checklists and modifying them to suit your individual needs. It will provide you sources of checklists for packing your RV, for setting up camp and for breaking camp. This session will use a computer lab so you will be able to select and modify your own checklists. You do need to have basic cut and paste principals on a computer.

Let’s Go Geocaching
This course will be a hands on geocaching session that will take you from a brief class room session where you will get a quick overview of geocaching and how to use your handheld GPS unit, to a real hands on practical, searching for geocaches outside on the campus grounds. This course will require you to bring your own GPS receiver (one that you can enter Latitude & Longitude coordinates into), along with the owner’s manual for that GPS unit. Overnight Camping at Wineries and Farms
This short course will describe our experience with Harvest Hosts, a network of wineries, farms, fruit stands, and other agriculture-based enterprises that allow self-contained RVs to dry camp overnight on their property. As of February 2012, there are 346 Hosts throughout the US, Canada, and Baja California, with more being added all the time. We have been members of Harvest Hosts since just after its inception in 2010, and have had enjoyed memorable times at Host sites across the US. Brochures and membership information will be available.
