Orthodontic ModuleThe theory component is a self study course with tutor support followed by a review seminar, oreientation to the clinic, and a theory examination. Upon successful completion of the theory component examinination you will be eligible to proceed with the clinical component. Successful students will then be eligible to make application with the CDSBC for their orthodontic assistant designation.You will be required to provide proof of current practicing licensure as a Certified Dental Assistant with the College of Dental Surgeons of BC or proof of current practicing licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist with the College of Dental Hygienists.
