8:00-9:00	Registration (Soccer and Rescue Challenges)
	1. All team members must report to the Registration counter located near the Pit to collect name tags without which they will not be able to access the competition venue and the set-up rooms. 2. Posters must be submitted to the Registration counter for display.
	Soccer Set-up	Rescue Set-up
	All teams will have access to the 2 soccer fields for light calibration. Fields are located in the Pit area.	All teams will have access to the Rescue field for light calibration. Field is located in the Pit area
09:00-10:00	Practice Period
	Team interview and robot inspection will be conducted during the practice period.
10:00-14:30	Soccer Challenge Games	Search & Rescue Challenge Games
	Teams must be prepared to start at 10:00 AM soccer: elimination rounds followed by lunch break followed by finals. rescue: run 1 followed by lunch break followed by run 2.

	1. All team members must report to the Registration counter located near the Pit to collect name tags without which they will not be able to access the competition venue and the set-up room A141. 2. Posters must be submitted to the registration counter for display. 3. Music files ( MP3 format should be emailed by November 30th t to Randy Brown at RBrown@okanagan.bc.ca )
8:00-10:30	Practice Period (Dance Challenge)
	1. Dance stage will be accessible to all teams for a practice time of 10 min 2. Access is based on first come first served ( please register with the dance technical team in the lecture theatre)
10:30-12:00	Interviews in lecture theater foyer (Dance Challenge)
	1. Schedule of Interviews will be posted in the set-up room A141. 2. Schedule of performance will be posted in the set-up room A141.
12:00-14:00	Dance Challenge Games
	1. Dance Challenge will be held in the Lecture Theater. 2. Teams will be given 5 minutes for set-up before the challenge.
14:00-15:00	Closing Award Ceremony
	1. All team members to report to the main Lecture theater 2. Prizes Trophies and Certificates of participation will be awarded during the ceremony. Venue: Lecture Theater.
