Homestay

• Placement fee $250
• Monthly fee (by calendar month) $750, two months rent payable in advance is required
• The cost of food is included in monthly fee
• Refundable damage deposit $375
• Arrivals before the first of the month: $25/day

Student Residence

• Application fee $25
• Damage deposit $150
• Semester fee $1,700 - $2,400 depending on type of room
• Pod / $1900 / semester - Suite $2400 /semester 
• Food  $1600/ semester, approximate cost per semester

• Housing $2800/ approximate cost per semester
• Food  $1600/  approximate cost per semester
