The Okanagan College Student Housing Department strives to provide cost effective living arrangements to students who need it.  Our rates are competitive and include heat, hot water, electricity, high speed Internet access, and the use of our facilities (2 full cable TV lounges and games room). 

Our Fall 2010 - Summer 2011 rates for residence are indicated below. Each room also requires a $150.00 Security Deposit which is refundable after you move out of residence, less any cleaning or damage charges, or other pending charges at Okanagan College.

A great place to make life long friends!  You will have a private, locking bedroom in a five-bedroom apartment. You and four other students share a common kitchen, equipped with an oven, microwave, two fridges and table and chairs. You will share two bathrooms with stall showers in both. All of our rooms include Shaw High Speed Internet, a bed, dresser, computer desk and chair. desk lamp and notice board are also provided for convenience. You will have to bring your own bedding and kitchenware,

32 Private Studio Suites

$2,400/Semester (16 weeks)

If you are looking for a more private option, consider our studio suites which include a small kitchen with a two-burner stove, fridge, sink and microwave. They also include a private bathroom with a stall shower. The living area includes a bed, dresser and computer desk with a lamp, notice board and desk chair. All of our suites also include Shaw High Speed Internet and air conditioning. You will have to bring your own bedding and kitchenware,
