Looking to get ready for the summer? We have a new exercise challenge starting May 7! 40 classes in the courtyard (weather permitting)  M, W & F (Full body Fun in the Sun with Jenn, Lynn & Heather) 1-2pm and T & Th (Yoga with Mike) 12-1pm. Register at the Rec office A105. Cost $10 donation to the "Walk to Fight Arthritis" Walk to Fight Arthritis June 10th

Okanagan College encourages students to get involved in the various recreational activities on and off campus. The Department of Athletics, Recreation and Student Life emphasizes sport and fitness activities as a vital component of a successful, rewarding and enjoyable college experience. We invite students to participate and meet people, have fun, play and be active!

The Department of Athletics, Recreation and Student Life enhances the quality of student life by offering a wide variety of recreational activities, programs and events. These activities, programs and events are provided free or at a nominal charge to Okanagan College students.

Personal Training sessions are $60 for students or $120 for staff for 3 personal training sessions. Our fitness staff will design a fitness program best suited to you. To book your personal training sessions, please contact the Campus Rec office - A105.

Fitness Facility - An on campus fitness facility is available to students. Registered students who are attending classes have the option to purchase a Fitness Facility access card from the Information kiosk in the Student Services for a cost of $10. Access cards are activated from August 1st - July 31st of each year and can be reactivated for returning students.

Special Events - The Department of Athletics,Recreation and Student Life also hosts a number of special events throughout the calendar year.
