kevin mcpherson eckhoff 's forthcoming  book launch...

"...as you all no doubt know, kevin mcpherson eckhoff is to contemporary poetry what adamantium claws are to the UFC. he is the lower-case fly in your upper-class soup. kme is the more-joy-in-the-packaging-than-in-the-toy poet, i.e.--he shows us that 'it's all joy!' His face is wide, his heart is massive, his first book is here! please come help us launch _Rhapsodomancy_ on April 3rd at 730 at the Alternator in Kelowna. Two of our amazing English students--Luke Mortenson and Monika Gordon--will be opening for kme. there will be free cake! Free cookies! Free juice! Expensive beer and wine! No appies! Please coerce and coax and cajole your students into attending, too."  Jake Kennedy, English.
