AV & Media Equipment Booking - hours of operation

AV and Media Equipment is stored in various locations at each campus. This page explains how and when you may access these locations. When creating a booking it makes sense to enter your Start Time and End Time during a period when you can actually access the equipment. Please try to enter the ACTUAL times you will be picking up and returning the AV equipment. Your fellow staff will appreciate your thoughtfulness.

Kelowna AV Drop - C280

Pre-booked equipment may be picked up from the AV drop in C280. To access the locked AV drop in Kelowna you will need a valid Proximity Card. To obtain one, please submit a Facilities Work Request through myOkanagan for your own Proximity Card. Please allow a minimum of 2 business days for processing.
Please return equipment to C280.

Kelowna Ed Tech Centre

Pre-booked equipment may be picked up and returned to L100 Ed Tech Centre. The Ed Tech Centre is located under the stairs to the library at KLO campus.

Vernon Library

Pre-booked equipment may be picked up and returned to the AV room (C215A) in the Library. The cabinet key is available from Library staff at the circulation counter.

Salmon Arm Library

Pre-booked equipment may be picked up and returned to the AV room (SA127) behind the circulation counter in the Library. The cabinet key is available from Library staff at the circulation counter.

Pre-booked equipment may be picked up and returned to the staff room (PL 135) at the back of the admin office. The cabinet key is available from Administration staff at the reception desk..

Penticton Sunoka Storage Room

Pre-booked equipment may be picked up and returned to the Sunoka storage room (A13) in the northeast corner of the building. You need a key to unlock the door.

Penticton Ashnola Storage Room

Pre-booked equipment may be picked up and returned to the Ashnola storage room (PL108) beside the theatre. You need a key to unlock the door.
