Institutional Research creates a demographics report from Banner data every fall semester, in late November. The purpose of the report is to provide annual information on student enrolment at the college.

FTEs are used as a tool for institutional performance. These reports include FTE targets developed for growth and goals. The data in these reports ends up being used for accountability reporting, master planning and many other purposes.

Adult Academic Career Preparation (AACP) Success Reports

AACP Success Reports
The following reports track the success of former OC Adult Basic Education students who continued on to academic studies at Okanagan College. Students are tracked for a period of three academic years. In year one, the students are enrolled in ABE courses. The student must then continue on to academic studies in year two.





CCSSE - Community College Survey of Student Engagement

CCSSE
The Community College Survey of Student Engagement ( CCSSE ) is an internationally recognized, respected survey tool that is administered by a third-party organization on behalf of Okanagan College, for the benefit of Okanagan College. It is an in-class survey that will take about 45 minutes to complete. The results will inform us about student engagement with their learning and will help us do what we do even better. Over 600 colleges have participated in the CCSSE since 2001.
